To assist you begin your treatment with us, you may simply e-mail or call us. Our program director would be pleased to be with you or your loved one over the phone. We will ask about your history of addiction, demographic information, and your availability for appointments. You will also be given information regarding our rehab facility, our team, and our individualized treatment program. If you have questions about addiction or the proper treatment program tailor-fit for your needs, feel free to ask our program director or our counselors. Rest assured that phone conversations are treated with utmost confidentiality.

Personalized Client Assessment

One of our counselors will get in touch with you at the specified time set during the initial call.
This will help us to know more and understand your specific needs as well as your personal, medical and addiction history.
Assessments can be done through phone but we encourage you to fill out our Online Personalized Client Assessment Form.

Health Status and Medical Check

We recommend our clients to send current medical records. It is equally important for us to know about your specific health needs like allergy information, immunization history and special medical conditions. A physician may see you for a health check during your first days of stay. Alcohol and drug detoxification may be recommended for clients before undergoing inpatient treatment.

Making Payment

A minimal 40% deposit is required for all reservations. This is because KAYA’s individual treatment program is highly subscribed and our clients commit to a tight reservation dates and secure flights to the Philippines several weeks in advance.
Full payment of the remaining 60% is due on arrival.

All our alcohol and drug treatment programs, are inclusive of well-appointed private accommodations, world-class meals, individual and group counseling sessions, fitness therapy, therapeutic massage treatment, and our weekly weekend excursions. Travel Necessities and Arrangments

Visa Requirements
Our staff can assist you in obtaining a Visa for a 30-day stay. In most cases, the Philippines grants Visa On Arrival valid for 30 to 90 days. We may also assist you in extending your stay to 60 or 90 days by applying an extension of Visa on arrival.

Flight to Manila
Flights from our neighboring Asian countries usually have direct flights to Manila. It is a 2 hour trip from Hong Kong. It is a 3 hour trip from Bangkok, Thailand; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and Jakarta, Indonesia. Flights from Australia usually range from 4 to 6 hours.

Manila to Baguio City
Upon arrival to Manila, you will be picked up by our shuttle service, which will take you to our facility in Baguio City. It is a scenic 3 hour drive through the North Luzon Expressway. It is necessary to bring sweaters or jackets since Baguio is colder than that in the lowlands by 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit (8 degrees Celsius). Things to bring along to our treatment center There are certain items you will need to fully enjoy your stay with us. Please note that your luggage may be checked by our staff to ensure nothing will impede your treatment process. All the necessary items you need to bring are, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • All prescribed medications and prescriptions that you might need to purchase them
  • Contact information of your physician, embassy representative, and other key individuals
  • Right amount of indoor and outdoor clothing
  • Swimwear and gym wear
  • Right kind of shoes for different outdoor activities
  • Indoor footwear like sandals or flip flops
  • Sunglasses and reading glasses, as necessary
  • Hat / cap
  • Hand carry bag or backpack for day trips
  • Toiletries that you might prefer using
  • Pocket money
  • Books
  • Pen and notepad
  • Electronic gadgets like a notebook or tablet (optional)
  • Cigarettes are allowed but smoking is permissible only on designated areas
